Consultancy

Fleet Audit's core business activity is the strategic operational reviews of clients' fleet operations.  These can be focussed on a single element of the fleet operation, such as funding, risk assessments or policy rewrites, or a complete ground-up review encompassing all areas that affect the fleet operations.

A consultancy audit will typically involve one or more Consultants attending the client's premises to interview key management and staff, and collect all the necessary fleet data that may exist.

The Consultants often carry out much of the exercise at Fleet Audits' offices utilising their bespoke computer systems to assess optimal funding solutions, CO₂ emissions mapping, etc.  The Consultant/s will maintain regular contact throughout the project with the client for data collection, progress reporting and final report delivery.

The deliverable will usually consist of a detailed, but clear report with recommendations and action lines to assist in implementation of policy changes.  On site de-briefs can also be provided to ensure buy-in at all levels of the clients organisation.
