This is a two day residential course designed as an introduction to good fleet management in simple non-technical language.  We aim to enhance key skills needed for today’s modern fleet department for both administrators and new managers alike.

  • Insurance and accident management
  • Duty of Care/ On-Road Risk management
  • Disposals and replacement cycles
  • Fleet administration, monitoring and reporting

The Basic Fleet Management course has been carefully designed to meet the needs of :

  • Fleet Managers with less than 18 months experience, and Fleet Administrators
  • Employees with multiple responsibilities which include fleet activities
  • Those involved in fleets undergoing significant change
  • Employees who have only been employed in one part of the fleet management spectrum and are now assuming wider responsibilities
